The Power of Suggestion

The power of suggestion is stronger than most of us give credit. Whenever I hear someone saying, “I can’t,” or “I know it won’t happen,” my first reaction is to be a little disappointed. By simply saying the words, “I can’t,” you are putting your mindset in the wrong place. There are tasks which seem insurmountable in life, but the better approach is a more confident one.

In any situation, think about the ideal goal and aim high. Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re probably right.” He makes it clear that you have a free choice to make. If you choose the latter you may be creating a self fulfilling prophecy and ultimately fall short of your goal.

Make a valid attempt every single day to stay optimistic about the future.

Tell yourself you can and believe you can.

That’s my suggestion.
